"He was on his phone a lot. One for sat nav and other using for personal calls and could see him swiping a lot on it. He missed a number of turns on the sat nav due to messing with his other phone. I get phone calls are sometimes necessary but I felt he was distracted. Otherwise he was lovely and very patient given the flight was late. He text me his car details so I could find it in the car park. "
